What the fork is end2end nutrition?

Welcome! Eventually this will be a place you can get personalised nutrition advice to help you complete through-hikes from a registered hiking-obsessed nutritionist. But - while I'm still studying - it's a blog about hiking and the food involved.


Behind the scenes I'm researching, recipe-testing, sampling current options available on the market and hiking as often as I can to bring you quality information. I also design and sell customised hiking t-shirts so if you'd like something special, get in touch.

Who am I?

I'm Jess - the Chief Eating Officer here at End2End. I love hiking AND eating and never want to compromise on either. I'm studying Food Science & this blog combines my two main interests - Food and Health.

As a hiker, I travel ultra-light. My mission is to help fellow hikers attain the ideal nourishment for peak performance on the trail using an evidence-based approach to nutrition and health. I want to make packing food for a hike easy and understandable so everyone can take good food without breaking their back or generating a tonne of packaged food waste in the process. I'm still studying right now so until I graduate, I'll just be talking hiking.
